Here is a small testament of how good I think this work is. I saw this while I was searching for deviations to put in my weekly feature, and I loved this SO much, I bookmarked it just so that I could critique it later on.
I have to say that I am so incredibly impressed with this piece. You have taken an idea that I've seen a dozen times before and completely given it a new life and fervor. Not only did you really take advantage of the pose the model is in, but you created a simple and sophisticated scenery to compliment her.
The way the colors work in this piece... if I didn't know this was a photomanipulation, I would assume it was a painting. The subtle tones, the off-whites with the more lavender shadows, makes this work soft and alluring while still looking powerful and in-your-face.
The one thing most people get wrong is the lighting. You certainly hit the nail on the head here, though. To me, that's what helps this work look so realistic.
I think you did an absolutely stellar job, and you should be very proud of yourself. Kudos, my friend.
